September 2026
Ready-made customer intelligence in FH Insights, journeys that talk to your own systems, household and probabilistic identity unification, experience reporting, proactive alerts, a single central login, and conversational analytics with Eddie - FirstHive’s AI Orchestrator; shipped over two sprints, alongside continued investment in platform security, backup, and reliability.
New in reporting
RFM report
FH Insights now includes an RFM report that groups your customers by how recently they bought, how often they buy, and how much they spend. Spot your champions, loyal customers, and customers at risk of churning at a glance, then target each group with the right message instead of one blanket campaign.
Customer lifetime value report
A new CLTV report in FH Insights estimates the revenue each customer is likely to bring over their relationship with your brand, so you can focus acquisition and retention spend on the customers who are worth the most.
Predictive recommendation report
The Predictive Recommendation report uses FirstHive’s machine learning models to show which products or offers each customer is most likely to respond to next, giving you ready-to-use next-best-product suggestions for personalized campaigns.
Experience reporting
Web and mobile Experiences now have their own performance reporting. Impressions, interactions, and other experience events are captured through the same pipeline as campaign events, so you can measure how on-site and in-app experiences perform alongside the rest of your communications.
Share reports with your team
The reporting dashboard now has a Share button. Search for a teammate and share the report; they receive an email and an in-platform notification, and after logging in they land directly on the report you shared.
Campaign report filters
The Campaign Report now supports date range and campaign scope filters, so you can focus on a specific period or a subset of campaigns without exporting the data.
More accurate push delivery metrics
Sent and delivered counts for mobile push and web push are now calculated to better reflect what actually reached customer devices, giving you a truer read on push performance.
New in journeys & campaigns
Push to Webhook journey action
Journeys now include a Push to Webhook action that sends customer and event data to any external system at the exact step you choose, whether that is a CRM, a ticketing tool, or a loyalty platform. Admins configure endpoints and authentication once under Admin > Integrations > Webhooks, and journey builders pick from those approved endpoints and design the payload directly on the canvas.
Alerts for campaigns, journeys and audience bridges
You can now set threshold and status alerts on Campaigns, Journeys, Audience Bridges, Datalists, and the License Report. FirstHive notifies you when a metric crosses the limit you set or when an item changes status, so failed or underperforming sends surface right away rather than days later in a report.
Templates carry over when cloning journeys
Cloning a journey now keeps the communication templates selected on each node, so the copy is ready to adapt without re-selecting every template.
Journey context lifecycle and retention
Journey instance data now follows a defined lifecycle and retention policy, keeping recent journey context instantly available while older context is tiered and retired on a predictable schedule. Long-running journeys stay fast and dependable as volumes grow.
New in messaging
View in browser link for emails
Emails sent from Campaigns, Journeys, and Audience Bridges can now include a “View in browser” link that opens a hosted web version of the message, so recipients whose email client can’t render your design can still read it.
Transactional WhatsApp and RCS for service notifications
Service Notifications now support transactional WhatsApp and RCS messages, with URL shortening built in, so order updates, alerts, and other transactional messages can reach customers on the channels they use most.
Channel-aware test sends
Test Templates now run a channel-aware dry run, checking how a template will render and behave on its specific channel before it goes to real customers.
Template usage lock and read-only details page
Templates that are in use by live campaigns or journeys are now locked against changes, and a new read-only template details page lets you preview and test them safely, so a quick edit can no longer change a message mid-flight.
New in segments & scoring
Segment-based user scoring
User Scoring now supports Segment mode, letting you score customers using segment-style conditions, including Behavioural and Communication categories. A Check Count preview shows how many customers match before you save, and Run Now refreshes scores on demand instead of waiting for the next scheduled run.
New in identity & data
Household unification
FirstHive can now group individual customer profiles into households, giving you a household-level view for use cases such as family plans, shared policies, and household offers.
Probabilistic identity unification
Alongside exact-match rules, FirstHive now links profiles that very likely belong to the same person based on probabilistic signals better than ever before. This produces a more complete single customer view where identifiers don’t match exactly.
Batch deterministic unification
Deterministic unification can now run in batch across large datasets, so bulk historical loads and backfills are unified with the same exact-match rules as real-time data.
Data Discovery
Data Discovery lets you connect MySQL and MongoDB databases and explore their contents in a secure, account-scoped workspace before onboarding them to FirstHive. It supports single sign-on, isolates each account’s data, lets members manage connectors within their own account, and gives admins an activity log of logins, devices, and actions.
Readable dates in audience files
Timestamp and date columns in audience files are now converted to a human-readable format during processing, so exported audiences are easier to read and load into downstream tools.
New in administration & security
Central login
FirstHive now has a single central login. Users sign in once at one address and are securely routed into the right FirstHive application, instead of signing in to each one separately.
Permission-based navigation
The navigation bar now shows menu items based on each user’s assigned permissions rather than fixed Admin and Developer roles, so admins control exactly what each user can see.
New with Eddie
Conversational analytics
Eddie can now answer analytics questions about your customer data in plain language. Ask how a campaign performed last week and get the answer in the conversation, with follow-up questions to dig deeper, without building a report.
Account-level API key for Eddie
Eddie can now be accessed with an account-level API key, making it easier to connect Eddie to your own tools and workflows.
Behind the scenes
Alongside these customer-facing features, the FirstHive engineering team shipped a substantial set of platform improvements across these two sprints:
- Cloud security hardening, including remediation of all findings from our September cloud security posture audit and a tightened SQL console schema blocklist. - Expanded backup and disaster recovery across our databases and analytics stores, with immutable backups, retention tiering, backup monitoring and alerting, documented restore procedures, and automated monthly restore drills. - Retrained default machine learning model and broader prediction coverage for accounts that previously had missing or incomplete prediction data. - Consistent AI token measurement across all of FirstHive’s AI features. - Faster report loading through improved database indexing, and restored Channel Acquisition report data. - More reliable WhatsApp delivery and personalization, including large journey messages, hyphenated datalist names, template button and card values, and the order of multiple personalization tokens on WhatsApp and RCS. - More reliable SFTP audience pushes and CSV exports, including large files, custom filenames, and the pincode, city, state, and name fields for AI-generated segments. - More than 20 reliability, performance, and data-accuracy fixes across segment scoring, the journey builder, journey reporting, datalist uploads, Audience Bridge queries, SMS short URLs, login and logout redirects, password reset, and the email template gallery.
