July 2026

This release strengthens platform reliability and self-serve control across the board: subscribers can now opt out directly from any email, admins get deeper visibility into failed messages and data pipelines, and Model Observability reporting gets a full refresh. We’ve also rolled out broader encryption and certificate upgrades across the platform, and closed out a set of reporting and journey-execution bugs flagged by customers this sprint.

What’s New

One-Click Email Unsubscribe

Every outbound email now carries a working unsubscribe link, backed by a dedicated unsubscribe page and API. Opt-outs are recorded and reflected in the platform in real time.

What This Means for You:

- Recipients can opt out from within the email itself, no support ticket required. - Opt-out status updates instantly across campaigns and audience lists. - Supports compliance with email opt-in/opt-out regulations.

Dead Letter Queue Monitoring & Reprocessing

The Admin Portal now surfaces messages that failed processing (dead-lettered), with the ability to inspect and reprocess them directly from the UI.

What This Means for You:

- Faster diagnosis of failed events without digging through backend logs. - Reprocess failed messages in place instead of re-triggering full jobs.

Service Notification & Audience Bridge Reports

New reporting APIs are now available for service notifications and Audience Bridge, including iteration-level reporting and live user counts resolved from datalists and segments.

What This Means for You:

- Track notification delivery and audience sync activity with dedicated reports. - See live, resolved user counts for each Audience Bridge iteration.

File & Event Pipeline Monitoring

File uploads and bulk custom-event API ingestion now track record counts at every stage — original file, database load, and warehouse load — and display them on the ingestion dashboard.

What This Means for You:

- Spot record-count mismatches between source files and what actually lands in the warehouse. - Greater transparency into where data drops off during ingestion.

Bulk User Creation API

The Users API now supports creating multiple users in a single call.

What This Means for You:

- Provision teams faster without looping single-user API calls.

Model Observability Reporting Refresh

Model Observability reporting has been rebuilt end-to-end — new frontend, backend, and calculation logic — alongside UI polish and a redesigned date filter using a month picker.

What This Means for You:

- Cleaner, more reliable model performance reporting. - Faster date-range selection when reviewing monthly model trends.

Known/Unknown Unified Profile Metrics

New metrics distinguish known versus unknown unified profiles, giving a clearer read on identity resolution coverage.

ML Canvas [Beta]

An early version of ML Canvas, including a built-in Jupyter Notebook environment, is now available for data science workflows within FirstHive.

Enhancements

The Communication tab and preferences API now derive channel availability and consent from the customer’s actual profile

Home Dashboard — Revenue Precision

Total Revenue on the home dashboard now displays to two decimal places.

Cleaner Journey Funnel Views

The “Opened” funnel step is now hidden for channels that don’t support open tracking, removing a metric that never applied.

Senders Lookup API Cleanup

Senders marked as not for UI display are now excluded from the senders lookup API response.

Campaign Name on Every Campaign Event

`campaign_name` is now saved on all campaign events, making downstream reporting and joins more reliable.

Platform Security Hardening

Renewed and deployed RSA 2048-bit wildcard SSL certificates across firsthive.com endpoints, enabled TLS for Kafka in both development and production, and extended storage-level disk encryption across environments.

Bug Fixes

Custom Events Reload

Fixed an issue preventing custom events from reloading correctly after a derivation rule fix on an affected account.

Mobile Push Report Metrics

Open-related analytics metrics that don’t apply to mobile push now correctly display as N/A instead of misleading zero values.

Campaign Execution Failure

Resolved a campaign execution failure tied to event mapping and storage region configuration on an affected account.

Cloud Storage CORS Errors

Fixed a broken CORS configuration on public storage buckets that was also causing failed rollouts in the development environment.

Service Notification Dialog

Fixed an issue where the Service Notification page became unresponsive after closing the View Endpoint dialog.

Journey Rule Generation

Fixed a bug in journey rule generation that could produce incorrect rules.

Personalization Token Collisions

Fixed an issue where personalization tokens colliding with default audience columns left unresolved placeholders (e.g. `{{first_name}}`) in delivered messages.

Email Bounced Event

Fixed handling of the email bounced event so bounces are captured and reflected accurately.
