Enhancements

RCS Functionality – Performance Enhancements

  • Lower latency: Messages send and arrive more quickly
  • Higher delivery success: Improved performance across supported carriers
  • Fewer interruptions: Reduced risk of delivery failures in campaigns

Improved Activity Feed Data View

We refreshed the Activity Feed UI for better structure and readability.

What This Means for You:

  • Easier scanning: Quickly view customer activity and events
  • Cleaner layout: Improved grouping of key data points
  • Faster insights: Access what matters without scrolling endlessly

Journey Automation – Workflow Enhancements

We’ve made several enhancements to the Journey Automation builder for smoother use.

What This Means for You:

  • Easier navigation: Especially in large or complex workflows
  • Fewer clicks: Edit steps faster and with less friction
  • Performance boost: Faster load and action time in automations

Bug Fixes

Cloned Segment Naming Issue

Fixed a bug where renaming a cloned segment caused certain conditions to disappear. Segment rules and fields now remain intact during renaming, ensuring cloning behaves predictably.

Inverse CTR – Save as Segment

Resolved an issue with the “Save as Segment” function when using inverse CTR filters. These conditions now save correctly, allowing accurate creation of segments based on negative engagement.

Journey Automation – Node Deletion Stability

Improved system behavior when deleting nodes in Journey Automation workflows. Nodes can now be removed without disrupting the remaining workflow structure.
